Recycling

In accordance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), all manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment are obligated to finance the return, disposal, and recycling of the devices they place on the market after their use. Products covered by this directive are marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, indicating that they should not be disposed of with household waste.

Hazardous substances and chemical mixtures present in electrical equipment can contaminate soil, groundwater, and pose health risks, leading to serious illnesses.

When can I return electrical and electronic equipment for disposal?

You can return used electrical and electronic equipment to Aldex in the following cases:

If you order an electrical or electronic device from us that is subject to WEEE legislation and provide a Polish delivery address, you can return your old device to Aldex.

Please indicate your intention to return used equipment in the order comments section. The new and returned devices must be of the same type and quantity.

How can I dispose of used electrical and electronic equipment?

If the device no longer functions, you can drop it off at an electronic waste collection point, where it will be recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.

You can request device pickup through Landbell Group. Once your request is approved, a carrier will contact you to arrange a collection date.

You can take your used device to collection points across the country. See the links below for locations:

Are there other ways to dispose of electronic waste?

If your electrical or electronic device is still functional or can be repaired, consider donating it to a charity or someone in need. By extending the lifespan of your device, you contribute to resource efficiency and reduce unnecessary waste production.
